Our History with Pools extends past 20 years.
Craig Mayhugh, the creative force behind Liquid Designs LLC, brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience in custom pool design and construction. A veteran who proudly served four years in the United States Army, Craig kicked off his career in the pool business in Northern Virginia, working under the region's finest pool builders.

In 2005, he brought his extensive experience to Raleigh, NC, working as a construction supervisor and fine-tuning modern pool designs. Realizing the need for a more personalized approach, Craig founded Liquid Designs in 2008 to meet his high standards for quality and attention to detail.

WE ARE FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED
Our full-time employees are trained rigorously by Craig to ensure each project is executed flawlessly the first time around. We are family-owned and well, it runs in the family when it comes to all things pool projects.
We collaborate with trade specialists in electrical, HVAC, gas, and landscaping, all of whom align with our stringent quality criteria. This multi-disciplinary approach allows us to offer comprehensive services, from waterscaping to custom pools and spas.
On-going Support
Once your project is complete, our relationship doesn't end. Many of our clients transition to our sister company, Platinum Pool Service, for ongoing routine pool maintenance services. We're here to ensure your custom pool or modern pool design continues to bring joy and relaxation for years to come.
