In compliance with North Carolina state laws, all pool construction projects require a building permit. Community regulations can vary, so it's crucial to secure the necessary permissions and permits before starting the construction process. Once granted, we kick off the project with a pre-start meeting to review all details and expectations.
Step Two
Groundbreaking and Building
We begin by clearing organic material from the site and marking the area for excavation. Our crews dig to precise dimensions and proceed with essential plumbing and foundational work. We use high-quality concrete to create the structure of your custom pool, spa, or luxury bath house.
After backfilling the pool shell, our plumbing experts connect all the necessary components. We then prepare for the installation of custom features like outdoor firepits, kitchens, and tile work. Our attention to detail ensures everything—from the structure to the modern pool design elements—is crafted to perfection.
Step Three
Functionality and Beautifying Finishes
Your selected pumps, filters, and other premium amenities are installed seamlessly into the pre-laid plumbing. This phase is carefully planned to match your custom pool design, whether it’s a sleek modern pool or a more natural aesthetic with an outdoor kitchen.
We use top-grade materials for your pool's interior finish, giving it a visually stunning yet durable surface. Whether it's the iconic "pool blue" look or a sophisticated exposed aggregate finish, we ensure it enhances the entire outdoor living space.
Step Four
Fill and On-going Maintenance
The final step involves filling the pool with water and starting up the equipment. After chemical balancing, your custom swimming pool or spa is ready for enjoyment. We provide a brief orientation, or ‘Pool School,’ to familiarize you with your new backyard oasis.
